Judicial Conduct Defense
Amy J. Coco represents judges and judicial officers before the Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania and the Court of Judicial Discipline.
She counsels judges on the Code of Judicial Conduct and the Rules Governing Standards of Conduct of Magisterial District Judges, and defends judicial officers in investigations and formal proceedings.
Her work includes responses to Judicial Conduct Board inquiries, representation in investigative and disciplinary stages, and guidance on ethics questions that arise on the bench.
Coco currently co-chairs the PBA Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee and is a former chair and current Duty Officer for the ACBA Professional Ethics Committee.
